GENERAL INFORMATION
- The paper can be on any subject in the area of interest of IEEE
- The number of authors for any paper should not exceed 4
- The main author should be an IEEE member
- A student can be an author of more than one paper
- The paper should be an original paper.
- There is no entry fee for submission of paper
- Participants are required to register at www.ieee-vesit.org/events/npc-register.aspx
REQUIREMENTS
- Participants are required to submit 3 hard copies which must be addressed to :

And mail a softcopy of Paper to ieeenationalpaper2006@gmail.com
- The Latex provided at www.ieee-vesit.org must be followed.
- Paper can be a maximum of 7 pages long
- The abstract should be attached separately and should be of a maximum of 500 words
- Paper must also include: Title of Paper, Name of students, their classes, their respective addresses and telephone numbers, email addresses and college and institute address on a separate sheet
- Hard copies must be accompanied by a declaration from the branch counselor stating that “ IT IS CERTIFIED THAT THE AUTHOR………IS AN IEEE STUDENT MEMBER, THE PAPER ENTITLED………..IS HIS/HER OWN WORK”
In case the institution does not have an IEEE student branch, this declaration could be signed either by a faculty member who is an IEEE member, or by the principal.
KINDLY MENTION THE MAIN AUTHOR’S MEMBERSHIP NUMBER ALSO.
- Last date for Entries: 14 February 2006
- Awards : Rs 2500, Rs 1500, Rs 1000 . Best paper will be published in IEEE VESIT’s all Mumbai Publication – Short Circuit
