Why do I need IEEE Shakha Kendra?
IEEE Shakha Kendra (ISK) is needed more now than ever before. IEEE Shakha Kendra (BR) is the one place where students, graduates, companies, educational institution and IEEE come together. ISK is a web portal whose primary aim is to get companies in contact with IEEE Student Members and IEEE GOLD Members for the purpose of recruitment. If its a job you need, this is where you'll probably find it! All you need to do is register!

How does it work?
After you register, you need to post your resume on the site. Once you do that, your resume will be available for all the firms who are registered with us to browse and search. You have complete control over the content of your resume and can edit it any time you want. If a firm finds that you could be a suitable employee, they get in touch with you and you take it from there! as simple as that!

What else does ISK do?
ISK provides news of all the IEEE Student Branch and GOLD Group events going on across the country. If there's a tech fest organized by an IEEE Student Branch in Bihar, we'll report it, if there's a seminar sponsored by a GOLD Group in Bangalore, we'll report it! ISK aims to integrate all the Branches/ Groups across India and spread greater awareness, friendship and participation among them.

What are all these different Pages in ISK?
IEEE has following pages: Student, Gold, Branch, Company, Institution, Sponsor. We categorize all IV members so that we can serve their needs better. If you're still a student in your senior years of college, you can become a Student Member. Members who are Graduates of the Last Decade are the GOLD members of IEEE. Every IEEE Student Branch/Gold Group will have an IEEE Shakha Kendra Representative. He logs onto the Branch/Group page of the site. The rest of the pages are self explanatory. ISK instantly recognizes you when you log in and takes you to your page every time you log on.
